Innovation fitness test
Do you know the extent to which your team, department or organisation are setup to manage innovation? With permission, we have developed a digital version of Tidd & Bessant's innovation fitness test (Tidd & Bessant, 2017) that enables understanding of your innovation capability.
This simple audit framework supports this assessment through a series of questions that look to answer the wider question of "How well does this organisation manage innovation?".
As well as assessing a team or organisation it can be utilised as an audit tool for a particular project, a checklist for doing the right things, a baseline/benchmarking tool or a guide for continuous improvement. N.B. At present, you cannot access the templates via a mobile device.
